The flowers were beautiful that we sent our daughter for her birthday. The customer service was outstanding from the order to the delivery.

Kristina made our wedding flower dreams come true!! She was incredible to work with, answering our many detailed questions and not missing a single thing. She helped us stay within our budget and we could not be happier with the end result! Photo Credit: Brian Mullins

We originally went to the St. Mary’s location a week in advance to place the order, but the man we talked to said they had no Easter bouquets to show us. As we described what we were looking for, he said “Easter colors are different for everyone”. He encouraged us to come back at another time. My husband went to the location on Capital Boulevard several days later and the woman who helped him knew exactly what we were looking for. She noted the flowers, colors, arrangement style, and price. The flowers were delivered today and our neighbor said it was the most gorgeous, and amazing smelling arrangement she has ever received. Thank you for creating such a beautiful gift!! For future orders, we recommend using the Capital Boulevard location.

Fallon’s Flowers provided beautiful florals for our wedding! We had an all-inclusive package through our wedding venue which got us 10 center pieces, bridal bouquet, and groom boutonniere. We paid extra for 2 bridesmaid bouquets and 3 groomsmen boutonnieres. They had a preset list of flowers to use which made it easy on us and we were able to pick a red accent color that one of the flowers was available in. One negative was that we visited the office 2 times and had the same exact discussion and didn’t see any flowers. Both of which could have just been handled over the phone since each meeting was only 10mins. I also stopped in one day to pay for our separate upgrade package but the workers there at the time weren’t allowed to process payments. Luckily it wasn’t an urgent need but did have to wait a few days for someone to process payment the following Monday. Overall the flowers were incredible and we appreciate their partnership with our venue to provide beautiful displays for their clients.
